Qw= question word 

Vsf = Verb simple form

Aux.= auxiliary

S= subject 

Sp= simple present

v be= Verb to be

Art. = article

antes de comenzar hay que conocer la estructura principal de toda pregunta:

Aux + S + Vsf + complement+?  

o segun sea el caso:

Qw + S + Vsf + complement+?

la pregunta que inicialmente tiene aux. es para preguntas generales mientras que las Qw son para preguntas un tanto mas especificas. 

los aux. dependen de el tipo de tiempo al que se refieran ejemplo:

aux. para Sp: Do/Does           

aux. para Past perfect= Had

aux. para Present continuous= is/are  

Pero las Qw siempre serán las mismas para todo tiempo al que la pregunta se refiera:

What          Why                Who

Where         Which             How

When          Whose

The question word for identification is what.  In the question we use this; in the answer we use it 

What’s this?                        it's an apple                    it's a computer 

  qw +v be + this                  S+v be+ art+object         S+v be + art + object 

• We use the article “a” when the name object is singular
• We use the article “an” when the name object is singular and when the next word begin with a vowel sound.
• We use It is or It’s when we identify objects in singular 

What’re those?                     they're books                

  qw +v be + those               S+v be+ art+object        

We use they are or they’re when we identify objects in plural 

We use they when the object is plural 

This --> ♪                                             These --> ♪♪ 

We use "this" when the object is near and is singular          We use "these" when the object is near and is plural

That--------> ♪                                                 Those-------->♪♪

We use "that" when the object is far and is singular              We use "those" when the object is far and is plural
